At Bibi Masale, we strive to deliver high-quality products and ensure customer satisfaction. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully.


1. Return Eligibility

  • Due to the nature of food products (spices), we generally do not accept returns once the product is delivered.

  • Returns are only accepted in the following cases:

    • Wrong product delivered

    • Damaged or defective product received

    • Expired product received


2. Return Request Process

  • You must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.

  • To request a return, contact us with:

    • Order ID

    • Clear photos/videos of the product

    • Description of the issue


3. Refund Policy

  • Once your return request is approved, the refund will be processed.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • It may take 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.


4. Replacement Policy

  • In eligible cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.


5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products

  • Products returned without original packaging

  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling


6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

  • Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
